‘The People of Kick Start’ launched

For the past six years, Kick Start, a social enterprise backed by the PAYCE Foundation, has been helping young people find their vocation.

Kick Start operates a fleet of food trailers on construction sites across Sydney. The trailers feed hungry workers and also provide on-the-job work for Kick Start trainees.

While the graduates receive formal TAFE qualifications, they also learn a lot more about work and life under the mentorship of some wonderful, dedicated staff.

With so many fascinating stories, it was decided to capture these stories in a book – The People of Kick Start.

The book features the photography and stories of one of Kick Start’s highly talented graduates, Maddison Bryant.

With Sydney in lockdown, we thought now was a great time to share the many inspirational stories that make Kick Start a success.
