Partners raise $8500 for Homeless Youth
PAYCE Foundation, Charter Hall and Kick Start have joined forces to raise money for the Property Industry Foundation’s (PIF) homeless youth fundraiser, National Hard Hat Day.
Two of these canteens are located on Charter Hall sites in Prestons and Wetherill Park, with two others at Melrose Park and Macquarie Park.
Kick Start donated a day’s taking to the National Hard Hat fundraising campaign with Charter Hall and PAYCE Foundation generously contributing $2,000 and $5,000 respectively.
The Kick Start team and its partners gathered at the Prestons site to officially present the $8,500 donation to PIF.
“We are very proud of our partnership with PAYCE Foundation and Kick Start to provide meaningful employment and training opportunities for young people on our sites,” said Ben Butler, Charter Hall’s Regional Portfolio Manager.
Claudia Ferrari, PIF’s Head of Corporate Partnerships, thanked and congratulated the Kick Start team, Charter Hall and PAYCE Foundation, emphasising “the great value alignment between the organisations”.
PAYCE Foundation Directors James Boyd and Will Morgan thanked everyone for their fundraising efforts.
“Kick Start and PIF make a real difference every day in creating opportunities and support for young people in Australia,” said Mr Boyd.
“I would also like to make special mention of Charter Hall – we value their partnership and we look forward to strengthening it even further’’.
